CREAPY HALLOWEEN MUFFINS

Orange muffins

1/3 Cup butter                                      ¼ cup milk

½ cup sugar                                         2 cups all-purpose flour

1 egg                                                    2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon grated orange peel            ½ teaspoon baking soda

½ cup orange juice                               ½ teaspoon salt

Orange Icing color                                6-Mix Halloween Assorment Sprinkles

Instructions

Place butter and sugar in mixer bowl and flat beater to mixer.  Turn on Speed 6 and beat 1 min.  Stop and scrape bowl. Add egg, orange peel, orange juice, and milk.  Turn to Speed 4 and beat 30 seconds.  Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. And add to bowl. Turn to Speed 2 and mix 15 seconds, or just until moistened.  Do not overbeat.

Fill greased muffins tins two-thirds full.  Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 mins until cool.

Use orange icing to pipe swirl on top.

Sprinkle with Halloween confetti sprinkle decorations.

Position Bat Icing Decoration.
